Zeronove was founded in 2018 by Viola Gurioli & Davide Pontoni

with the purpose of creating a bridge

between architecture and property development.

Having been working extensively for award-winning practices in UK, Denmark, and Italy, we have 16 years of combined experience in the residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market and of planning matters.
