Zeronove was founded in 2018 by Davide Pontoni and Viola Gurioli

with the purpose of crossing the barriers

between architects and developers.

Having been working extensively for award-winning practices in UK, Denmark, and Italy, we have 16 years of combined experience in the residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors across all the work stages as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market and of planning matters.
